'Tis the gift to be simple,
'tis a gift to be free,
'tis the gift to come down where you ought to be,
And when we find ourselves in the place just right,
It will be in the valley of love and delight.
What a simple pleasure to have a family of chickadees living in a birdhouse just outside our dining room window. These friendly birds flutter in and out all day. I should mention that we do most of our school work in the dining room and these birds are a major distraction to a homeschooling family trying to finish up their school work for the year.
